At Snazzy Merch, we’re committed to keeping fans happy — that’s why we offer a 14-day return or exchange window for unused items from the date your order is delivered.

How it works:

1. Make sure the item is unused, unwashed, and with original tags still attached.
2. Contact our support team at support@snazzymerch.co within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
3. Ship the item back to us (you may be responsible for return shipping), and once received and inspected, we’ll issue your exchange item or refund.

Please note: Customized items, sale items, or items listed as “final drop/limited edition” may be exempt — always check the product listing.

We offer detailed size charts on every product page (for T-shirts, hoodies, shoes, etc.). Make sure to measure yourself before ordering and compare with the chart to avoid unexpected fit issues. If you’re between sizes and prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.
