Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Snazzy Merch. We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. This applies to all products, including sale-priced items, bundle orders and the Snazzy Glow LED Light Therapy Face Mask.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, with all accessories included
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, skincare and beauty devices (including Snazzy Glow) that have been used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@snazzymerch.co with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as we can't process returns we haven't authorised.

Return Shipping

  • Change of mind: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we cover it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the issue and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. In most cases you won't need to send the faulty item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact support@snazzymerch.co.

Bundle Orders

If you return part of a bundle (for example, 1 mask from a 2- or 3-mask order), your refund is the amount you paid for the returned item(s) at the bundle price.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different item is to return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used skincare and beauty devices (unless faulty)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Gift cards

UK & EU Customers

If your order is delivered to the United Kingdom or European Union, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
