Returns & Exchanges

Because all Snazzy Merch products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:

• Wrong size selection
• Change of mind
• Color preference

However, we guarantee every product. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will send a free replacement or offer a full refund.

Return policy

1) When returns are allowed

• We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed/size.
• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to start a return.

2) What we need from you

• Email support@snazzymerch.co with your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear photos showing the damage, defect, or wrong item.

3) Inspection and resolution

• Once we receive your request and photos, we’ll review the issue.
• If approved, you’ll get either:
  A replacement of the same item in the correct size/print, or
  A full refund to your original payment method.

4) Return shipping costs

• If the item was damaged, defective, or wrong due to our error, we cover return shipping or provide instructions for the free replacement.
• For other cases that don’t meet the above fault criteria, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

5) Timing

• After approval, please send the item back within 14 days of approval.
• We’ll process replacements or refunds within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  

6) Important notes

• Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.
• Items must be unused and unwashed with tags intact when being returned for defect or wrong item claims.
• Keep your return tracking number until the issue is fully resolved.
• If any package is visibly tampered with on delivery, please refuse it or contact us immediately with photos.
