Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it ships.

Delivery times (after processing):

United States: 7–15 business days
United Kingdom and rest of world: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs and peak seasons.

Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number. If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, please contact us and we'll look into it.

Customs & duties (outside the US): Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or damaged parcels: If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, or arrives damaged, contact support@snazzymerch.co and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update it only before your order ships.

We’ll always clearly label any product as a “limited edition” in its description.
If a product is not part of a limited run, the listing will say “Regular edition — restocked when sold out.”

We deliver to the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, Europe, and many other international locations. Our products are designed for fans everywhere, and we work with reliable global shipping partners to make sure your order reaches you safely.

What’s your return/exchange policy?

At Snazzy Merch, we’re committed to keeping fans happy — that’s why we offer a 14-day return or exchange window for unused items from the date your order is delivered.

How it works:

Make sure the item is unused, unwashed, and with original tags still attached.
Contact our support team at support@snazzymerch.co within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Ship the item back to us (you may be responsible for return shipping), and once received and inspected, we’ll issue your exchange item or refund.

Please note: Customized items, sale items, or items listed as “final drop/limited edition” may be exempt — always check the product listing.

How do I know my size will fit?

We offer detailed size charts on every product page (for T-shirts, hoodies, shoes, etc.). Make sure to measure yourself before ordering and compare with the chart to avoid unexpected fit issues. If you’re between sizes and prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.
