Return policy

1) When returns are allowed

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed/size.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to start a return.

2) What we need from you

Email support@snazzymerch.co with your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear photos showing the damage, defect, or wrong item.

3) Inspection and resolution

Once we receive your request and photos, we’ll review the issue.
If approved, you’ll get either:
A replacement of the same item in the correct size/print, or
A full refund to your original payment method.

4) Return shipping costs

If the item was damaged, defective, or wrong due to our error, we cover return shipping or provide instructions for the free replacement.
For other cases that don’t meet the above fault criteria, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

5) Timing

After approval, please send the item back within 14 days of approval.
We’ll process replacements or refunds within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

6) Important notes

Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.
Items must be unused and unwashed with tags intact when being returned for defect or wrong item claims.
Keep your return tracking number until the issue is fully resolved.
If any package is visibly tampered with on delivery, please refuse it or contact us immediately with photos.
