Returns & Exchanges
Because all Snazzy Merch products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:
- Wrong size selection
- Change of mind
- Color preference
However, we guarantee every product. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will send a free replacement or offer a full refund.

Return policy
1) When returns are allowed
- We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed/size.
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to start a return.
2) What we need from you
- Email support@snazzymerch.co with your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear photos showing the damage, defect, or wrong item.
3) Inspection and resolution
- Once we receive your request and photos, we’ll review the issue.
- If approved, you’ll get either:
A replacement of the same item in the correct size/print, or
A full refund to your original payment method.
4) Return shipping costs
- If the item was damaged, defective, or wrong due to our error, we cover return shipping or provide instructions for the free replacement.
- For other cases that don’t meet the above fault criteria, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
5) Timing
- After approval, please send the item back within 14 days of approval.
- We’ll process replacements or refunds within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
6) Important notes
- Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.
- Items must be unused and unwashed with tags intact when being returned for defect or wrong item claims.
- Keep your return tracking number until the issue is fully resolved.
- If any package is visibly tampered with on delivery, please refuse it or contact us immediately with photos.
